Yes when Items are removed It does Increase the score, but to keep the Increase you must use your own credit to achieve desired results.
Credit Repair varies based on the condition and nature of your report. Everyone's credit Is different so you can't expect the same results as the next person. It Isn't an overnight process so you shouldn't expect overnight results. To start to see results It can take up to 30 days by law. (possibly sooner)
